Looks like you've heard about #2 but having a PDF of sufficient quality to create printed versions with Kindle (and other publishers) would be awesome! Even if it carried an additional subscription. Kindle prints margin requirements would be awesome, too.

I LOVE my Designrr book and hate to have to give it up to plain-Jane print requirements. Kindle has a comic/graphic novel feature but the DPI makes my text hard to read from the PDF.
