I have a lifetime subscription for Agency Premium, and now I am getting billed for a "Pro upgrade," which is lower than my Agency Premium, but I can not cancel the Pro Upgrade without canceling my Lifetime Agency Premium. I don't understand this, or how I got roped into a recurring payment I specifically tried to avoid. Also, how do I get in touch with someone who can help clear this up? Quite frustrating.
