TABLE OF CONTENT MISSING A LOT AND THE BIOGRAPHY OR REFERENCE LIST
TABLE OF CONTENT MISSING A LOT AND THE BIOGRAPHY OR REFERENCE LIST For the past four months, I have repeatedly requested the addition of subtopics or further subheadings (like H4, H5, etc.) within the Table of Contents, but my efforts have been in vain. Despite being directed to this community page, I have discovered that numerous others have also made similar requests, yet these features have still not been implemented. It's frustrating to ask for something so minor and be ignored, only to be forced to use the existing subtopics and subheadings that do not meet my needs. When I first joined, the platform was quite basic, and I even requested the addition of a drop cap feature, which was also declined, leaving me with plain formatting options. Moreover, the customer care from Designrr has been disappointing. When you submit an urgent query, they take up to two days to respond, causing delays in getting the necessary feedback to proceed. Additionally, the existing H1 and H2 headings do not function properly. As an author, I should be able to use H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5 headings effectively to organize my content for the reader. However, the current system lacks these capabilities, which hampers the ability to rank and structure ideas efficiently. This ongoing issue significantly impacts the usability and effectiveness of the platform for writing purposes. Additionally, since this platform is designed to help authors edit their manuscripts, it should include templates that can easily import and format APA references or bibliographies. The ability to auto-correct typos in English is another basic feature we expected to have. These functionalities are essential for maintaining a professional standard in writing and editing, and their absence is a significant drawback
